Job Details:
Product Manager for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to lead definition of elements required to meet market needs and advise on buy, build, partner approach; ensure solution demonstrates commercial viability and lead development of commercial model and packaging discussions; articulate the vision and ensure its alignment with strategy and goals; Establish the product strategy and resource planning; create the business case for new product concepts and pitch concept; Define the product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream; Foster innovation by bringing up new problems, encouraging new ways to solve existing problems, and valuing learning; define and establish objectives and track and manage multiple products through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Lead descriptions and requirement definition for product development, understanding product trade-offs and driving alignment; Manage market feedback efforts to drive product direction; Lead efforts to prepare for and support product release; Consult with product marketing and provide input to ensure success; and Drive product engagement and satisfaction and manage the product’s performance including attainment of revenue and margin objectives.
Requires:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience as a Product Manager, or related occupation as a technical product leader or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience as a Product Manager, or related occupation as a technical product leader. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Define, design, and develop product goals, capabilities, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as create initiatives, features, and epics; Lead end-to-end product development process(es) from design to launch, and ensure the delivered product capabilities meet business requirements; Write product requirements using cases and cross functional/product dependencies; Design and document API specifications that meet enterprise standards, as well as monitor, analyze, and recommend API performance and security; Lead legacy application migration to modern API architecture, and on-prem to cloud migrations; and Create architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process flow diagrams for enhancing features/functionalities for existing products or new product development.
