Job Details:
Marketing Research Analyst for Equifax Inc. in St. Louis, MO, to identify research opportunities and build research plans that meet unique needs based on product, sales, or business objectives or market changes. Lead and execute customer research activities required within a research plan. Engage and collaborate with complementary research and insights teams to enrich research for holistic view of the market, customer and segment. Leverage research resources and technology and tools. Lead and own the design of questionnaires to ensure the desired insights can be derived from research activities. Analyze multiple research outputs into cohesive insights. Build actionable insights reports, based on stakeholder's unique needs such as technology, UX, product leaders, marketing and sales. Support ideation and planning for workshops and other cross-functional sessions with customer insights to brainstorm ideas and refine concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Build various artifacts from research such as service blueprints, personas, journey maps, and competitive analysis reports. Generate innovative design concepts and solutions that address user needs and business objectives. Discover and develop new product ideas and strategic product extensions, and for the translation of research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
Requires:
Master’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus one (1) year of experience as a Marketing Research Analyst or related occupation with experience in strategy consulting, product design, UX research, or brand management or, alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Marketing Research Analyst or related occupation with experience in strategy consulting, product design, UX research, or brand management. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Prototyping Tools: UXPin, Sketch, and Figma; Design: Wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and user flows; User Research: Usability Testing, card sorting, journey and empathy mapping, focus group, user interviews, and surveys; Service Design; Executive Presentations.
