Job Location: Dallas, TX


Responsible for providing technical support for products from ideation to completion (refresh or new launch) collaborating with operations, sales, and financial strategic partners. The PPM role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.


  • Drive the strategy for new products, plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
  • Understand broader market trends in order to identify customer needs, key product enhancements and new products
  • Ability to transform strategic direction from Management with input from Sales team into actionable requirements and determine task priorities for individual team members
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope, setting performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple product cost centers
  • Complete NIB product development plans (PDP), including costing and pricing details for both new and existing products
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resourcesincluding third-party vendors and customers
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed - escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and presentations
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of item specifics and BOM details in ERP system
  • Assist internal team members with developing and enhancing process procedures
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned



Education: Bachelors degree required

Experience: Minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations


  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams as well as strong presentation skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Results-oriented with strong time management skills, highly organized, motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively
  • Strong ability to articulate process logic and technical concepts including building and delivery of technical presentations.
  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members capabilities and skill sets
  • Ability to leverage technology to create active collaborative workspace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated professional who works well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
