Job Details:

Eldor Automotive Powertrain USA, LLC seeks a Customer Quality Engineer in Daleville, VA, responsibilities to include coordinate communication related to quality with the customer and periodic visits on-site; Notify customer complaints issues within the organization and coordinate related meetings; Visit on-site based on customer complaints if required; Coordinate Failure Analysis activities with Laboratory for the claimed FG pieces; Prepare work instruction for sorting/rework activities; Provide training for to the sorting/rework team; Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related (foreign equivalent acceptable), plus 3 years experience in Job Offered or related position. Certification to include: (FMEA) Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Quality standards ISO 9001.
