Description:
To make sure the clinic meets the desired outcome of new patient goals on a monthly basis. Accountable for all external marketing project completions (This does not mean all of the marketing is done by you, just that you know who is doing it, and that is has been completed).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Coordinate all components and people responsible for marketing, to ensure that the marketing gets done.
2. Set up screenings, lectures, and events.
3. “Man the booth” at screenings and other marketing events.
4. Pre-marketing for upcoming outside promotions/ specials.
5. Be responsive to what changes need to be made in our marketing and sales efforts.
6. Manage and organize time well.
7. Spend most of time outside office in front of prospective clients.
8. Have regular meetings with the manager
9. Attend a weekly team meeting.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform other related duties as assigned by the doctor.
2. Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
3. Daily affirmations with other teammates in the clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 6 months prior sales experience
• Teachable

• Big fan of chiropractic care, and our clinic.

• Ability to educate prospective clients on value of chiropractic care.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
• Using the telephone and computer on a daily basis for short periods of time.
• Standing during marketing events for long periods of time.
COMPENSATION
• Hourly pay for first 60 days.
• After 60 days able to make more money as will be paid bonuses based on results.
