Bearon Manufacturing, located in Landisville, PA is looking for a experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team in our new climate controlled facility. In this role you will set up CNC Horizontal/Vertical and/or 5 -Axis CNC machines from drawings (program at the machine) or from CAD/CAM programs supplied by others to produce precision metal components and inspect product to drawing specifications. You will also need to be able to recognize machining issues and make adjustments as needed. CAM programming experience not required but a plus. MasterCam is used to program work. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work safely around equipment and co-workers
• Set up, program, and operate CNC Horizontal/Vertical and/or 5-Axis machines
• Troubleshoot programming issues during the manufacturing process
• Perform quality control checks during the manufacturing process and adhere to ISO Standards
• Willingness to learn new things and train others as appropriate
• Daily cleaning and maintenance activities
• Flexibility with rotating assignments
• Work as part of a team and participate in training
