Power House is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Maryland! Power House is an industry leader in pond fountains, pond aeration systems and ice eaters.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales and customer relationships. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Person will be required to regularly visit distributors, end users, and customers, and plan activities weekly/monthly based on need.
- Following up on leads and communicating with current customers
- Educating current and potential customers on available services, supplies, prices, and new products
- Visiting distributors and end users
- Planning sales activities on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Promoting target products at trade shows and performing demonstrations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs and provide sales solutions
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated

- Willingness and ability to travel
