Bearon Manufacturing is looking for a full-time customer service assistant to join its team in Manheim, PA. The Customer Service Assistant will provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include entering orders, resolving product or service issues, and following up with customers to ensure their needs were satisfied. Additional responsibilities may include working on special projects where you will be presented with new and diverse challenges daily. This job requires previous customer service or administrative experience along with strong organizational and computer skills. - Prepares reports for department and management
- Assist with internal communication regarding orders and production processes
- Complete data entry
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong aptitude for sales/customer service

High School or better.
