Hydrasearch is looking for an Assembler/Production Worker to join its team in Stevensville on Maryland`s beautiful eastern shore. As an assembler you will work with metal fittings, valves, and hose assemblies. You will be working in an innovative shop environment where daily tasks may vary and cross-training is essential. Attention to detail and pride of workmanship will be integral parts of your position as a member of our team. Must be able to physically lift heavy metal flanges, fittings and hoses.

- Assemble parts and hoses according to written instructions and procedures
- Test and document results of hose assemblies as per written guidelines
- Observe gauges for loss of pressure indicative of leaks
- Examine object for escaping air or water to detect leak
- Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, presses
- Operate basic shop equipment
- Complete paperwork
- Follow shop orders and prints
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Work with Minimal instruction
- Willing to take instruction from multiple team members as needed
- Stay on task and communicate well with others
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs. during the course of a shift
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
