Job Description:

• The ability to utilize estimating software to read and analyze construction drawings for accurate material takeoff quantities
• Advanced knowledge of technical construction methods, construction sequencing, scheduling and basic financial principles associated with construction projects

Job Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline preferred

Proficient with Microsoft and estimating software

Strong communication skills
