QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D. in a biological science with experience
Bio-Process scale up and optimization in a commercial setting (>5 years)
Supervisory experience required (>5 years)
Bacterial and/or viral growth
Cell Culture
Bio-reactor systems
Concentration, Filtration, lyophilizatin, and antigen processing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively manage and deploy resources based on company priorities and project team objectives
Hire, develop, and train BP personnel as well as develop Max Plan objectives
Evaluate and implement new technology relative to biological scale up, growth, concentration, and down stream processing
Represent BP Team in cross functional group planning and strategy implementation
Develop strategic plans relative to equipment and BP space issues
Participate in project teams as a core team member
