Job Details:

Residential Advisor III provides support to the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the group home setting as well as training and development for the Residential Advisors. As a RAIII, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships.  Responsible for providing resident supervision and training, assisting with personal care, transportation, household maintenance, record keeping and supervision of staff. Full-time, 40 hours per week.  Excellent fringe benefit package including apartment as well as medical/dental and life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and KPERS retirement program. Minimum qualifications include two years college, or high school diploma or equivalent with related experience, and a good driving record. Residential shifts receive a shift differential between $1.00 and $2.00 depending upon location. Start wage: $20.00 an hour. Employees may eligible for retention bonuses up to $2000 through the second year of employment.
