Residential Services Managers assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supporting the Direct Support Professional. Managers play a key role in providing training and development for the DSP while providing oversight to residential programs. Start wage: $24.00 per hour. Employees may eligible for retention bonuses up to $2000 through the second year of employment.

Responsibilities include program management, monitoring daily activities of staff, schedules, facilities, and ensuring implementation of program plans. Minimum qualifications include Bachelors degree in Human Services field or high school diploma and a minimum of three years relevant experience. Full-time position.
