Local company has an immediate opening for Customer Service Reps. This is a long term contract position. 1st shift and 3rd shift positions available. Apply today!

Job Requirements:
• Good attendance critical
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office applications: Outlook, Excel and MS Word
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency when entering system and customer data into the call tracking system, Seibel
• The successful candidate will be interfacing directly with OEM management, engineers, and directly with customers so an ability to understand complex technology, once trained, will be expected
• Attention to detail is mandatory
• The ability to multitask is helpful
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology is preferred
• HSD/GED
• Some college preferred
• Solid employment history
• Able to pass criminal background and drug screens
