Andy’s Frozen Custard, a successful family business out of Springfield, Missouri, has been cheerfully serving frozen custard for over 20 years. We are expanding all over the U.S. and are looking for highly qualified individuals to come on board in the Northwest Arkansas area. It ought to be fun to serve such a fun treat so we are looking for people who are fun loving but also hard working and positive minded. Leadership in this organization requires a strong attention to detail as well as a love of serving others. Managers should expect a fast-paced environment that will include working nights and weekends; a close working partnership with a “hands-on” owner; and the potential of moving up in the organization as we continue to grow.
