RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct support to the Combat Identification PMA213 C2 Shipboard IPT. Track and analyze statistical data, schedules and spending plans for Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) family of systems.Liaison with other services and government agencies to provide and procure Combat ID hardware, engineering services, and technical support requirements. Prepare and submit various transmittal documentation for PMA approval/signature. Assist in answering various data calls from NAVSEA/NAVAIR offices. Maintain and track current activities and update appropriate Integrated Master Schedule as required. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with IPT and field activities as required.Prepare various Power Point briefs and presentations for IPT Lead.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis disciplines required. Included in the six (6) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical or analytical efforts supporting systems acquisition, development, or support management.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, and experience in program/projects integrated master plans, integrated master schedule, and schedule monitoring, and project status tracking necessary. Should be knowledgeable in SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policies and procedures related to the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
Experience in automated data analysis systems and information management systems, and familiarity with air traffic control, military aviation, aviation communications and identification systems or airspace management systems and regulations desirable. Prior training in acquisition and program management is desired.
