RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write contract documentation to include Statements of Work (SOW), Justification and Authorization (J&A), various sole source documentation, and funding documentation. Process procurements from the initial request from the Government POC through delivery/reciept of the item. Monitor Production and Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) contracts. Utilize NavyERP to enter and track Procurement Initiation Documents/Purchase Requests (PID/PRs).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical, business, or management discipline, plus 2 years experience writing contract documentation, processing procurements, and monitoring Production and/or BOA contracts. Familiarity with the Defense Contract Management Agency. Experience using NavyERP to initiate and track PID/PRs.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access required.
