RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct Program Analyst support to the Landing Systems IPT Level II. The following tasking to be completed includes: administrative support, meeting minute support, programs and project briefing support. In addition, analyst will provide integrated master schedule (IMS) support and tracking, risk review reporting and tracking, provide assistance with the generation of program status for weekly Roundtable and monthly Cost/Schedule/Performance briefs, and provide direct liaison with Landing Systems Operations Officer, and Fleets Systems PAs for all data calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines required. Included in the six (6) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical or analytical efforts supporting systems acquisition, development, or support management.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, and experience in program/projects integrated master plans, integrated master schedule, and schedule monitoring, and project status tracking necessary.
Should be knowledgeable in SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policies and procedures related to the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
Experience in automated data analysis systems and information management systems, and familiarity with air traffic control, military aviation, aviation communications and identification systems or airspace management systems and regulations is desirable.
Prior training in acquisition and program management is desired.
