Responsibilities: Provide Senior Program Analyst (SPA) operations support to the PMA-268 Air Systems IPT, facilitating task completion between the IPTL and support activities. Maintain CM over various programmatic tools, coordinate CONGA, RDAIS, and data calls from PEO and RO. Provide development and review of IPT correspondence and documentation in support of all financial and budgetary related activities, including cost planning, spend plan development, and execution and requirements planning. Coordinate the development of POM issue sheets, WAAs, Statement of Work, tracking of programmatic funding status and creating PID requests to support procurement of systems. Possess a working knowledge of the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Excel. Contribute to IPT presentation brief development to include benchmark analysis, IPT assets and liabilities chart and future requirements projection.
Education: MS or MA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline".
Allowable Substitution: An BS or BA degree from an accredited university and an additional three (3) years of experience; an AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional five (5) years experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapons systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of ten (10) years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
