Responsibilities: Provide Executive Administrative support to the PEO(U/W) staff, to include the Flag and SES. Process necessary travel reservations and required documents to Program Executive Officer (PEO) and Deputies Executive Officers (DPEOs) in accordance the Joint Travel Regulations. Prepare itineraries/travel packages, complete travel vouchers, and ensure proper ethics review for all PEO travels. Print daily calendars and read-ahead slides for the DPEOs/PEO and alert the PMA offices on missing slides or if modifications are needed. Oversee and manage the daily schedules for DPEOs and PEO as well as booking and submitting paper for classified meetings to appropriate spaces according to level such as SAP and SCI. Format, edit, serialize, and route letters such as Letters of Expedite, Memorandums of Agreements, and Letters of Recommendation. Assist the PEO(U&W) Executive Assistant on military awards, correspondence letters, and other miscellaneous tasking. Schedule and setup CVR and O365 Teams calls for leadership. Alert IT team to print any incoming SIPR documents then schedule time for leadership review the documents. Submit oncoming visitors, civilian, and contractor badge renewals via BASICS. Format and edit quads and read a-heads for weekly meetings, quarterly RDAIS packages, and Fiscal Year Cycle metric spreadsheet. Provide miscellaneous junior analyst tasking for DPEO(U&W) Advanced Technology & Acquisition department. Organize unclassified and classified events or meetings such as booking venues, verifying JPAS request, and tracking attendees information.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a customer and business oriented position.
Other: An Active Secret clearance is required.
