Responsibilities: Responsible for the attendance of all division-level meetings for the Office of Organic Product Development, in addition to some branch-level meetings. Provide status updates at each meeting on behalf of users not in-attendance, and have a strong understanding of statuses of all projects within the Office of Organic Product Development. Take meeting minutes for each meetingproviding project status updates, information regarding new projects, action items and other updates for awareness. Type up meeting minutes into SharePoint-connected OneNote 2016, and utilize Outlook Tasking to distribute action items. Maintain up-to-date statuses on outstanding and current action items, following up with users on a weekly basis and maintaining a spreadsheet with statuses (active/outstanding/in-progress) of action items for each meeting.
Education: AS or AA degree from an accredited university.
Allowable Substitution: High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines. Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program. Strong background in SharePoint, OneNote 2016, Outlook and Excel. Candidate should be able to maintain a SharePoint Document Library, SharePoint Permissions, and several OneNote 2016 notebooks.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of Program Management, and be a confident written communicator. Candidate should be meticulous and very comfortable noting details, as well as ensuring that required tasking is complete on time. Candidate should have experience working for, and providing status updates to senior leadership/high graded personnel on a daily basis. It is important that the applicant is a strong listener and written communicator, to capture meeting minutes accurately and concisely.
Other: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
