Responsibilities: Provide overall support to PMA-213 Operations Office. Assist with Defense Travel System (DTS), provide and review travel packages, and develop and process Navy correspondence. Coordinate internal and external meetings. Support PMA-213 events. Presentation development.
Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in Business Management or a "Relevant Technical Discipline".
Allowable Substitution: AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience. Or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be at least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis. Included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapons systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs. Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
