Responsibilities: Provide contract analysis and management support to NAWCAD 4.11.7 (Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems Division) in St. Inigoes, MD. Manage contract funding across multiple task orders (TO) on the Divisions Multiple Award Contract (MAC), ensuring compliance with SOW requirements, ceilings, Period of Performance (POP), Other Direct Cost (ODC) compliance with allowable procurements/travel support, and Work Completion Dates (WCD). Utilize Navy ERP to create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for Division contracts. Update and audit TO summaries to include ceiling, funding, and man year tracking in order to provide CORs with accurate data in order to monitor their assigned contracts. Compile monthly Contracting Officers Representative (COR) reports for review and submission by COR. Solicit Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) inputs for CORs, to include compiling data inputs from engineers, for submittal/approval by COR on a quarterly basis. Provide meeting minutes and Action Item (AI) tracking support for monthly COR meetings. Provide analysis of MAC TOs for 4.11.7 Division leadership. Provide project, financial, and contract management Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to Division data calls, briefs, and brainstorming sessions. Attend bi-weekly and monthly Division status meetings. Develop packages for follow on Blanket Order Agreements (BOAs) including adding appropriation language to Performance Work Statement (PWS), drafting Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) with information obtained from clients, and compiling material lists based on initial high level procurements. Update SOWs, briefs, Justification and Analysis (J&A), and Market Research Checklists, and other supporting contractual documentation with inputs from the engineers.
Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in a business or technical discipline.
Experience: At least four (4) years of Contract Management experience, to include Development of Program Acquisition Documentation and Data Collection and Analysis. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Other: Must possess strong Microsoft Excel skills. NavyERP experience strongly desired. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
