Qualifications (Education/Experience) Required:
College graduate, preferably in business administration. CMCA or AMS designation preferred. 10 years experience in high rise condominium buildings. Must be familiar with central plant operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Individual is responsible for all areas of property and building management. Must possess excellent communication and supervisory skills, ability to work with a variety of different personalities. Available for Board of Directors meetings after hours, on call to respond to emergencies.
