Responsibilities:
Our clients include top-tier, brand name companies in electronics, wireless services, and other consumer products industries. You will provide their customers with information and technical support for client products or services (we’re talking computers, DVD players, audio systems, TVs, digital cameras, cell phones and more), resolve billing questions, and, depending on the client, you may introduce enhancements or upgrades. Your job is all about simple to complex research and problem resolution so that our clients’ customers fully utilize and value the product or service they’ve purchased. Interaction with customers is primarily phone-based via incoming calls. However, you will also use a variety of communication tools such as e-mail, fax, and Internet live chat. Whatever the mode of interaction, you will need to come across with clear, effective verbal and written skills and a friendly, upbeat style.
Qualifications:

First, you’ll need a HS diploma or GED, basic keyboarding skills, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts. Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required for all positions!
