Job Details:
AHS Residential, LLC (dba Resia) seeks a Corporate Development Associate in Miami, FL to:  support and drive the success of real estate projects and strategic initiatives; Perform data analysis, financial evaluation, and project management, engage in cross-functional collaboration; manage critical platforms, conduct meetings to align project timelines, monitor departmental goals, and provide valuable insights to optimize project performance, among other tasks. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related (foreign equivalent acceptable), plus 36 months experience in the job offered or related real estate role, including 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial management, or project management. Experience in data management, analysis, and financial evaluation; real estate development processes, including proforma development and financial evaluation; using following tools/programs: Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, Dealpath.
