Job Summary:
Responsible for performing delegated aspects of age-appropriate patient care, including data collection, advanced technical skills and monitoring, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to the plan of care, communicates professionally, reinforces teaching and serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team using a holistic, caring approach to personalized patient care.
Job Requirements: Graduation from a school of practical nursing and licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Pharmacology course required. Previous direct patient care experience preferred.
