Job Summary:
Works closely with the Director, Corporate Integrity on the development, implementation, and coordination of all Corporate Integrity functions. Assists with Corporate Integrity Committee activities and implementation of Work Plan objectives. Investigates Corporate Integrity concerns, cases, and inquiries to resolution. Coordinates Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) activities at AHS. Serves as a Corporate Integrity resource for AHS.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years insurance, compliance, audit and/or legal experience required. HIM, contract management and/or coding knowledge/experience preferred. Clinical experience helpful. Knowledge of regulatory agencies and laws/regulations imposed on healthcare systems. Detail oriented, ability to work independently, highly organized, self-starter and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to handle high pressure situations, sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks. Intermediate word, powerpoint and excel skills required.
