Job Summary:
The Hospital Coordinator assesses, plans, directs and evaluates the delivery of care for his/her shift. He/she is responsible for the supervision of all nursing department personnel and functions of the shift. He/she is responsible for the coordination of activities between nursing and non-nursing departments facility-wide, aiding in intra- and interdepartmental communication and service.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing, licensure and current registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin. BSN preferred. Three years' clinical experience, demonstrates written and oral communication skills, must demonstrate skills in organization, leadership and management.
