Abbott Labs seeks qualified Arch, Talent Mgmt in Lake County, IL. Lead Human Resources Technology Systems (HRTS) projects by providing expertise to Jr. Assc. Archs & Analysts & ensuring projects are delivered on time & documented. Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Comp Sci or rltd fld of study w/ min. 5 yrs of pro workday config & dev exp. Alternatively, will accept Masters or foreign equiv with min. 3 yrs of pro workday config & dev exp. Must possess pro exp in: (i) bldg, configing, testing & deploying solutions in Workday system to support Global Comp processes & upgrades; (ii) creating detailed system Config design docs, Functional design docs, integration specs, field mapping & system process designs; (iii) providing fully automated build & deployment routines w/ model of cont. integration (Inbound/Outbound) using Workday Studio, REST APIs, RaaS APIs, WSDLs & Core Connector for dev, staging, & prod environs; (iv) configing, testing & deploying Comp Business processes, Adv. Comp Process, reports, condition rules, eligibility rules, calculated flds, or integrations req’d to meet business reqs; (v) supporting Comp processes/Adv. Comp processes reports across various business systems by monitoring, break-fix & /or enhancement support; & (vi) creating, maintaining & executing UAT scripts incl regression testing the new functionality before deployment.
