Job Details:

Abbott Labs seeks qualified Sr Analyst in Lake County, IL. Resp for advising on solutions w/ subject matter expertise to support global payroll & timekeeping team. Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field of study. Must possess background in: (i) full lifecycle implementation of Workday HCM modules, incl HR, Benefits, Total Comp, Base Comp, Variable Comp, Position Mgmt, Profile Mgmt, Payroll & Manager & Employee Self-Service modules; (ii) reviewing & documenting Workday business processes, work flows & relationships to current & future states of processes & solutions; (iii) creating Functional & Tech design docs from business reqs; (iv) defining, maintaining & applying UAT scripts, incl regression testing the new functionality before deployment; (v) designing & configuring Workday HCM & Security config objects, s/a orgs, mgmt hierarchies, security groups &/or domain & business process security policies. An EOE. 40 hrs/wk. $75,300 - $150,700/year.
