Job Details:

Abbott Labs seeks qualified Statistician in Lake County, IL. Perform data analysis according to requirements of statistical plans & design meaningful studies to assess performance of diagnostic prods across business units. Bachelors or foreign equiv in Stats, Biostats or rltd fld of study w/ academic or industrial background in: (i) analytical & clinical research studies in various phases of prod development; (ii) developing software programs & Macros to perform stats analyses; (iii) performing stats analyses incl, but not limited to, ANOVA, stats inferences, survival analysis, logistic regression, linear regression & categorical data analysis; & (iv) stats computing using stats packages, s/a SAS &/or R; (v) writing SAS &/or R code in Windows OS environ to develop analysis datasets & performing statistical analyses to ensure that protocol objectives are achieved. An EOE. 40 hrs/wk. $85,717 - $105,000/year.
