Abbott Labs seeks qualified Manager, Data Analytics & Visualization in Lake County, IL. Resp for developing analytics & visualization solutions globally. Bachelors or foreign equiv in Business, Finance, Stats, Math, Data Sci, or rltd fld of study w/ min. 5 years of progressive pro marketing analytics, business analytics, data analytics, mgmt consulting, or rltd exp. Must possess exp in: (i) develop data models, dashboards, reports, analysis development & publishing using Data Visualization tools, incl MS Power BI (Zebra BI, DAX), Tableau, Qlik View & MS Office Power Query, to support business diagnostics, performance tracking & decision making; (ii) applying business analytics to reconcile disparate pieces of data reporting & analyses & formulate cohesive understandings of business performance driver data; (iii) leveraging syndicated retail measurement data from a variety of sources, incl NielsenIQ, IRI, IQVIA, SmartPath, Salesforce, Close Up, Euromonitor & internal financial & supply chain data; (iv) project mgmt. & leading development & adoption of analytics & visualization best practices in areas of business diagnostics, performance tracking & strategic pricing; & (v) Utilize software tools, technologies & programming languages incl MS Excel, Think-Cell, RStudio, & Python, Visual Basic for Apps (VBA) & Power Query.
