The Wisconsin Early Autism Project is a State wide organization that provides early, intensive behavioral intervention to children with autism.
WEAP is hiring for the position of Behavioral Technician, which offers you the opportunity to deliver 1:1 therapy to young children. WEAP programs teach children to communicate, play and live more independent lives. Contributing to that success is exceptionally rewarding.
You are provided with paid training plus travel reimbursement. Part time work can lead quickly to full time work, which is rewarded with a higher travel reimbursement, dental and medical benefits, paid time off and 401K eligibility. Advancement opportunities in WEAP are excellent. The highest level clinicians at WEAP started work as a Behavioral Technician.
