RAC operates totally through a network of Independent Affiliates. Currently we have people operating and using our processes both internationally and in over 45 states of the USA. We specialize in helping organizations and individuals manage strategic change, innovation, cultural transitions and goal achievement. Because of the unique flexibility of our processes, the applications are unlimited. Some of our Affiliates work with organizations, large and small, some work with individuals in a Life Coaching role and some work with youth through our youth leadership process, America's Rising Stars, developed for youth in 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. At RAC, we place a great deal of importance on appointing the right people to be part of our network. We provide them with the tools, training and credibility that can ensure their success. Becoming an affiliate with RAC is an appointed opportunity based on a mutual evaluation. There can be investments involved, but any investments are in the resalable materials you would need to work with clients. However, there are also opportunities to work for one of our already successful affiliates as an independent contractor, and these opportunities require NO inventory investment.
