Prevea Health is an integrated multispecialty group. With primary care providers and exceptional specialists, we offer services that can't be found anywhere else in Northeast Wisconsin.
We're the only physician group partnered with two hospitals in Green Bay and a third great hospital in Sheboygan. We share one combined electronic medical record with our three partner hospitals, so wherever a patient is seen–in one of our health centers or hospitals—his or her complete medical record will be readily available to all treating providers. This ensures the highest continuity of integrated care.
