About IIa
At the Nexus of Information and Technology
Information International Associates, Inc. (IIa) is a woman-owned, small business headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We provide information management, systems, and technology services to government, academia, the private sector, and international entities.
Founded in 1988, our company was developed to provide innovative solutions to our customers' information challenges. In many cases, we do that by combining our expertise in information science (the structure, lifecycle, and function of information) with information technology solutions. We have special and long-term expertise in scientific and technical information services, national and international information policy and standards development, librarianship, and open-source intelligence work.
Our customers include the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, U.S. Geological Survey, and other federal agencies, non-profit institutions, and companies. During our years of service in the information arena, we have built a reputation for quality performance and customer satisfaction that continues to earn us the top performance evaluation ratings. We also have an established DOE FOCI and personnel with active DOE Q and L and DoD secret clearances. Our staff members work throughout the United States and in the United Kingdom.
